“很棒”

“The location is so good it makes up for some of the less impressive aspects of the room I stayed in. Such a short walk to the base area of the resort and a quick drive into the National Park! My room had cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets didn’t close. The grating on the fireplace was falling off, the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain after each use, and one of the windows would jam and not lock. I didn’t spend much time in the room so I didn’t really care it was a little rough……

“Most of the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The part that was not so great was the check in. The gentleman be hind the desk was not friendly at all. He didn't even stand up to great us. He seemed upset that the card I reserved the room under had previously been cancelled due to a fraued issue that I had.”

“The front desk attendant, Lisa, was extremely helpful in getting us checked in. She called Expedia to get our payment information, and we were so impressed by her professionalism and respectful tone as she spoke with the agent on the phone. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciate the parking spot just outside our door.”

“The fee for dogs is a bit extreme. We stayed with you before about 3 months ago with no fee. 150.00 way to much. ”
