“The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. The front and back……

“Property is as pictured and described. Pretty good for a short stay. As located in bush area, be prepared for a few bugs and critters but nothing too crazy. Place is tidy and comfy and has the essentials you need. Location wise, its a little out of the main drag, about 20mins drive away. If you have a car then its fine. Easy check in and out process. Would recommend for a quick getaway.”

“Its a beautifully decorated house and is every bit as attractive as the photos depict. Really nice artwork and decoration. It must be used often by the owners as it's really well equipped and maintained, lots of stuff in the kitchen, nice fittings in the bathrooms etc. Garden was really well maintained and it was great that we could bring the dogs.Bush location is pretty to look at, but infestation of mosquitos and lots insects at the height of summer meant we couldn't really open the doors……

“We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. Loved the welcome treats left by the host. Caretaker, Jeff was very informative about the place. Loved our stay here. ”

“The accommodation is spacious and clean. Overall, the living environment is comfortable. However, the weather in our accommodation is a little hot these days, but there is no air conditioning in the bedroom area on the second floor. There is only one shower and sometimes we have to wait in line to take a shower.”
