“The location was close to everything in the area”

“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“Perfectly fine. Friendly staff, room clean, shower works. Has electrical outlets for charging.”

“Our room had a blocked toilet which they didn't attend to when we asked. No room service for the two days that we stayed. No bath mat no face washer no coffee and only 2 complimentary bottles of water for two days.”

“we where not able tk stay/ use our reservation because the room that we booked is not available when we got there. we where not refunded and we did not have a room. worst experience from expedia.”

“this is where your money would be wasted! when you come on actual date of your accomodation, they will say that there’s no available unit,then they will refer to other places like azure but you have to pay cash.it’s purely scammed place, totally a waste of time and money.BEWARE!!!”

“The security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now. Can I get a refund for my payment?”

“It’s a non suspecting hotel/residential complex. The hotel itself is beautiful. The people were lovely but the service is slow…. Very slow! We had issues with WIFI in our room and it took several calls for it to be looked at. It was never really fixed and we constantly had to reset the router. The rooms are beautiful despite being small. What I felt was the let down was the breakfast menu. It was sad… really sad. You’d go downstairs expecting to be greeted with a beautiful buffet……
