“The hotel is in a quite and nice area. It has very nice lobby. It's clean, has extra large bed (2 queens put together), a mini fridge, a desk and tea corner. No safe and the water in the shower drain a little slow. The staff are really helpful and the cleaning crew are very good. The location is perfect for walking around. There are couple of vegan restaurants nearby. ”

I could walk to restaurants (I'm a bit of a walker), and taxis were easy to arrange, and only cost a few dollars. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and easy-going. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay again if I return to Da Lat. Highly recommended! ”

“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and……
