However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. “Bed was very firm which I like and linens were very good quality. Hotel is an Art hotel and excellent design. Highly recommend this hotel in Puebla, central location one block from el zocalo. Breakfast which was included was delicious with a good selection of breakfast items and fresh squeezed juice. ”
