“Easy check in, had a very clean from! Appreciated the staff at front desk from start to finish. Pool was in excellent condition and water perfect temps. Nice breakfast in the morning. ”

“We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter”

“I came to Silver Spring to visit friends and catch a concert, and I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn White Oak. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Rose Mary at the front desk went above and beyond when my delayed luggage finally arrived late in the evening — she was kind, patient, and so helpful. I also had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to the lovely woman at the counter (I regret not catching her name), who shared some laughs with me over my love for iced……

“I read at least the reviews of more than 20 similar level hotels near it and finally chose this one. It turned out to be a very smart choice. The staff is very friendly and it is overall very clean, I mean the whole hotel. The bed is very comfortable, beyond my expectations. The room is relatively quite. If you don't want to be bothered by the cars outside, you could ask for a room facing their courtyard. There is no breakfast but they provide 3 kinds of coffee. Of course tean and hot water.”

“这个酒店离市区有点远，但交通还比较方便，乘地铁转T18可到。酒店有免费班车到地铁站，但去的时候不知道在哪里乘，离开的时候乘到了。周边吃饭的地方很多，可以加分，总体来说，除了有点远，都还不错”
