“Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night. While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality……

“This is a very nice hotel. All the staff are excellent and really go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. The room was spacious and clean with an awesome lake view. It is extremely close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
