Mountain Silhouette Cottage is located in Hualien County, Taiwan. It’s a land that is home to Taiwan’s aboriginal tribes. The perfect tiny house is set on a 660 square meter piece of land, complete with fences around the residence, the environment is quiet, close to a mountainous seaside region, perfect for hikes and walks. The outdoor gems nearby are Taroko National Park, Qixingtan Beach, and Qingshui Duanyai.
A comfortable 139 square-foot accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and a flush toilet , hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, focusing on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

- Hualien County is full of hole-in-the-wall storefronts, night markets, and seaside views. It is close to Taroko National Park, about 20 minutes by car. - Visit the famous Taroko National Park and hike along its scenic trails, and drive eastwards for 15 minutes to Qixingtan Beach for sunset views and breezy walks. - Qingshui Duanyai, also known as Qingshui Cliffs are the highest coastal cliffs of Taiwan where you can observe the three distinct color tones that make up the Pacific Ocean

By public transport
- Taipei to Hualien. Take the train from Taipei to Hualien Station, take off, and transfer to the regional train to Jingmei Station. - Taipei to Hualien is about 2 to 2.5 hours by train. - Yilan to Hualien is about 1 hour by train. - Taitung to Hualien is about 2 to 2.5 hours by train. - Kaohsiung to Hualien is about 4 to 5 hours by train.
