“The location is very good and there are plenty of day trips around the area, which was helpful. But, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but the towels were never changed.”

“This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍”

“タクシー運転手に「アノールカラホテルへ」と言ったのに、着いたのは「ビビホジャホテル」でした。電話は通じたし、予約確認もでき、支払いもできていたので、問題なし。でもホテル名変更の場合は、事前に知らせてほしい。ホテル改装のため、別館に相当するホテルかな。 部屋は広く清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気。特に、バスルームはバスタブがあり広い空間で最高です。床暖房が効いているので、暖かく乾燥していました。設備は素晴らしかったです。 レセプションの男性も、英語が通じる優しい方でした。 朝食は毎日、同じ簡単な食事で、物足りなかった。 ”
