“Les +: Hôtel très bien placé, à 700m du centre historique et à 200m de la gare. Chambre vaste et propre, très très calme. Petit déjeuner correct et varié (vrai expresso ).Personnel aidant et à l écoute. Les -: la piscine était verte pendant 2 jours mais ils l ont nettoyé le 3e jour. La clim de notre chambre était faible (mais nous n avons pas demandé à changer). L hôtel mériterait un meilleur entretien autour de la piscine mais rien de grave”

“O hotel é novo, por isso, as camas e as instalações são excelentes. O pessoal é bem receptivo, mesmo não sabendo inglês com fluência. Muito bem localizado, o hotel fica na área central de Khiva. Café da manhã (tradicional uzbeque) excelente e farto. Quarto silencioso e com ar-condicionado também silencioso.”

“The location is very good and there are plenty of day trips around the area, which was helpful. But, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but the towels were never changed.”

“This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍”

“We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! ”
