“This is a classic beach house- a little quirky, cute, water view and walking distance to town. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time there. We had some great wave watching from the bench on the property and we took some great walks- you can walk to town one direction and eventually to nice walking path the other direction. This is a great little house!”

“It was warm when we walked in, that’s always a plus! Although it was pretty wet because my glasses steamed up. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. The property manager got back with me very fast because I thought there was a missing……

“We stayed during the rainy season (wait, this is OR, it’s all rainy season). Wet stairs and seniors with canes don’t mix well. Decking wood was very slick and lacking traction. We were lucky enough to have willing helpers from the property hosts, Ocean Odyssey Vacation Rentals, to assist with carrying stuff up & down on arrival & departure. Bedrooms were lacking closets. Bathroom towels were sparse, and there were no dish towels. The living area was very spacious with lots of windows, and a……

“The property is absolutely darling and an amazing location with a million dollar view. The unit itself was not very clean. I wiped down surfaces to remove stuck on food and debris. I had to reclean dishes before we could use them. I saw in the welcome journal that others shared similar experiences. Beautiful place to stay though. ”
