“It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! ”

“Great location, cozy accomodation, everything but the food for dining in. The BBQ is basically a camp stove and should be upgraded to meet expectations. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. We had the beach all to ourselves. Lovely.”

“Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect”

“The Overlook provides a perfect location when staying in Yachats whether for 3 days or for 2 weeks. During our 2 weeks we loved starting each morning with a dog walk to the local sandy beach. Morning coffee and pastry at the Green Salmon was just a block away, as were out-to-eat options at the Luna Fish House and Drift Inn. Plus the grocery story is just a block away. We loved that daily walks allowed us a choice to access the rugged rocky coast or miles of sandy beaches. Of course, we always……
