“Our large family group of 9 found the property to be perfect for our needs. The cold weather wasn't a problem as the house had good heating with the fire lit for us on arrival and heaters in all bedrooms. “We loved our 3 night stay at Red Box Retreat. The master suite is comfortable, with lovely views. The bed is comfy and the linen was very nice. The kitchen is easy to cook in and well stocked with pots and pans, plates and everything you need to cook up a storm. The property is private and a little oasis. We have stayed in Yack many times, but this is our first time at Red Box Retreat - and we hope to come back! Highly recommended. ”

“The apartment was clean and spacious with excellent linens and facilities. It was quiet and is in a very convenient locale. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have elevated the presentation of the apartment was to repair the torn curtain heading. “The little cabin was perfect, comfortable, spotless and nice little touches. The fireplace and bbq, was excellent, the rescue animals were an absoloute delight. Tom made us feel right at home and was an excellent guide.The owners were kind and relaxed, they really made you feel at home on their farm.
