“Good hotel for the price! Clean room. Rooftop bar. Breakfast was not impressive. Very helpful staff! The room we booked had no window so they upgraded us to a family room without extra cost. Free bicycle for a day! I recommend this hotel.”

“This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. “Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”

“ The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. ”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay. For the price it was good value and exactly where we wanted it, the north end of town close enough to Mandalay Hill to walk it and away from the busy city.
