“This was our first-time using Vrbo. Jason the host was extremely timely when booking & again helpful in navigating us to parking. Unfortunately this stay was just ok. First the good; the location is phenomenal & it’s nicely decorated! So things that needed attention are really down to cleaning. The window sills were layered with dirt or mold, hair on the floor board heaters. A vacuum to the floors would have sucked up random sunflower seed stuck in cracks. Kitchen sink had some random grounds,……

“I love where it is located great little quiet neighborhood. I brought my dog and he loved the field to play frisbee. Very close to LR university also.”

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous visitors. It was a pretty perfect space once the sheets and towels had been washed and the dishes and trash had been taken care of. Other than having to do all the cleaning ourselves, we enjoyed the space and the convenience of being close to the ski resort. It was fairly private and we got to see some interesting wildlife (a bear was right next to us!). If you are expecting to come when it snows, make sure you can drive……

“This was a bright, clean, very comfortable stay right in downtown Blowing Rock in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very beautifully decorated with lots of natural light! We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend to friends!”
