“Overall, an excellent stay. I just wished the washer and dryer worked. Also, it would've been nice to have had an electronic swipe card to get into the room. Instead, we had one key for two people, which was OK most of the time. I would stay here again.”

El hotel está categorizado como 4* en Expedia, y aunque las instalaciones encajan con esa clasificación, el personal y servicio dejan mucho que desear. La persona que nos hizo el check-in apenas hablaba español y aún menos inglés; simplemente nos llevó a nuestra habitación sin casi decir dos palabras. A la habitación le faltaba champú y jabón de manos, y esta……

“We loved the colonial style of the apartment ie the woodwork and tiles and high ceilings but also appreciated the modern bathrooms and decor and the cleanliness. We loved the location near the malecon. We got a map of the points of interest in the colonial zone and were able to walk to all of them. Would be nice for future guests to have that map. We could not get the microwave to work. don't know if it was our error or the microwave. ”

“Great place and location everything is pretty close. Great ac and everything was pretty new and organized. They only few things I would change is better lights in the bathrooms better frying pans or bring your own and no hot water just barely warm. Otherwise it was great!!”
