“The amenities and surrounding scenery were breathtaking — gorgeous inside and out. We truly appreciated the cozy yet modern decor, super comfortable rooms, and the peaceful vibe throughout the property. I know this spot is a go-to for ski season, but it was also perfect for our summer hiking trip to Mt. Rainier. It made a great home base to unwind after long trail days. The attention to detail really stood out. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others……

“The property is great and exactly as described in the listing. It is 45 minutes to Rainier but you don’t have closer options nearly as nice. There’s not many places to eat in town that appealed to us so we cooked out often on the nice grill provided. Sitting on the deck before or after a long day of hiking and hearing Butter Creek cascading in the rocks below the yard is particularly nice. One night three female elk splashed across the stream.”

“The location is perfect for visiting Rainier. The play ground, hot tub, river access and garden/ grounds are so fun a perfect added bonus for a family. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and I somehow missed that in the listing. We stayed in the tipi and were so impressed with the size and temps! Outside temp dropped to about 55 ish and there were plenty of cozy blankets for us and the kids to use. So fun! Would definitely stay again. ”

“Lovely cabin in a small neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large porch watching the elk in the mornings and evenings. It was our home base for visiting Mount Rainer NP. It’s near a town with groceries and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans. We found everything we needed. Central air conditioning was greatly appreciated. ”

“Check in and out was very easy. Loved the location, very private and still close access to the sunrise, paradise and Longmire entrances. Liked the separate upstairs room with full bath for our son’s family with 2yr and 5 month old children. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was great after the long hikes. Loved the elk walking through the yard also.It’s not a new house but set up well and very functional. Only draw back was the dry conditions not allowing us to use the campfire, which……
