“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Check-in and out were easy and convenient, and the host communicated quickly when I had questions. The area was perfect. Carmel Market was a short walk, as well as many dining options and shops. This is a residential apartment building, so there is no front desk, but that was no problem, as the hosts gave detailed instructions for entry,……

Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura……

“This property was in the perfect location for Tel Aviv city centre, walking distance to the main spots. Located next to a well lit and beautiful park also. The room itself was cosy, and clean with a balcony and excellent security. It was perfect for me and I’ll be sure to return! ”

The building's stairways were filled with towel carts and other materials, making it difficult to use them, which we really didn't like. Overall, if you're looking for a well-located place to sleep without too many expectations, it's ideal.”

“Good location but the property is very basic. First day I had no hot water but it was fixed later. All communication with the staff is via WhatsApp or phone only. No one is on site. ”
