I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! We hadn’t received an email with check-in information (room number or access code), but that’s because we booked……

“I was skeptical about stay here, but this was honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate. We use the local airport about once a year and needed to stay close by for the early flight. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be nearby. There was a firepit burning outside when we arrived. It is cute! The hotel has a very patriotic theme.”

The home was very clean & decorated beautifully. They had thought of everything, down to extra toothbrushes if we forgot ours. They had setup a place for flyers of places to eat & drink.
