“Provide different experience in staying and enjoying surrouding enviroment, not only traditional hotspring hotel but this type of small house or cabin also very comfortable and unique.”
“My first time doing glamping. After a number of researches, I chose this place and I believe I made a good choice. It is so well-thought through in the setting and arrangement for our best comfy stay.
The dome is clean, warm and comfy with northern light colour setting at night. Its music speaker easily connected to our iPhone to play relaxing music. Sitting in the rotary reclining chairs, looking at the starry night, waking up to see the amazing Mount Fuji, all these are unforgettable……
“easy check-in
well assigned carpark by room number
great location with stunning lake view
well equipped kitchen, bathroom and onsen
generous free drinks and wine for more than enough
”
“Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. ”
“Maravillosa estancia una propiedad increíble impecable de muy buen gusto, muy cómoda con todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía en familia ”
“Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji.
I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji.”
"Reasonable price. Breakfast is good.
The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel.
Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer. "
"I recently stayed at the Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location near Lake Yamanaka, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the service from the staff was consistently courteous and professional.
However, the one major downside was the breakfast system. Breakfast is included in my reservation, but I was surprised to find that guests are required to book a specific time slot in advance. Unfortunately, I checked in later in the evening, and by then, all the convenient breakfast slots were already taken. This left me with either a very late option or none at all—neither of which worked for me, as I had an early departure the next morning.
It's quite inconvenient, especially for travelers who need to leave early and would reasonably expect to make use of the included breakfast. I ultimately had to skip it altogether, which was disappointing. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible breakfast arrangements in the future, or at least provides some form of alternative (like a takeaway option) for guests in similar situations.
