Welcome to Breakers 2/11 - your serene coastal sanctuary perched above the sea.

This charming split-level penthouse, nestled at the front of the Breakers resort-style complex, offers sweeping ocean views from nearly every room - a true invitation to slow down and soak in the rhythm of the waves.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed space where comfort meets coastal elegance. The entry level welcomes you with two restful bedrooms, a sleek modern bathroom, and a breezy open-plan living and dining area. Here, glass doors open wide to a sun-drenched balcony - the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with the sea as your constant companion.

Ascend to the upper level and you'll find the master suite - a peaceful retreat complete with a king-sized bed, private en-suite, and its own secluded balcony. From here, the views are nothing short of spectacular - endless blue stretching out to the horizon.

Outside, The Breakers offers a touch of resort indulgence: a 17-metre swimming pool, bubbling spa, and a BBQ pavilion nestled among lush tropical gardens. And just beyond the gate, the golden sands of Pippi Beach await - a few barefoot steps away.

Inside, the apartment is tastefully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans to keep things cool and comfortable. A large patio invites you to unwind, dine al fresco, or simply watch the waves roll in.
