“Room was not sound proof. You can easily hear the sound of other room which was very annoying”

“It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food”

“This is the best place to stay in Mussoorie. Stop looking for other places, this is it. The views are jaw dropping and on clear days, the snow peaks are visible in the distance. The staff are attentive and honest and will set up transport to and from airport and they will also get you up with a Scooty if you want a daily rental. They are knowledgeable and will make it their job to see you happy. This is the ONLY place in Mussoorie that we will stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality.”

“Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.”

“It's very close to the main area library chowk. This property has a common area called sky deck which is a plus to hang out and in the evening there is musical show as well in somedays ”

“Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers.”
