“The front desk staff on the night shift on July 12 was a lady. Although I don't know her name, she was very enthusiastic and helpful, and her attitude was great! The hotel environment is also good, clean and tidy, and relatively quiet! No bugs were found, because I have stayed in hotels near the airport before, and although the hygiene is great, I found bed bugs in other hotels! “It was a beautiful room, beautiful property. However, there were 3 issues I found. Pillows were absolutely destroyed. Flatter than an iron board. We called and asked for 2, they brought us one MUCH better pillow. We made it work. 2nd issue was the lighting. Its harsh, bright, ugly and only done by switches on the wall. Which means you gotta get to the bed in the complete dark. Get lamps on the nightstands. Or lights that hang on the wall near the bed that can be switched on and off from the……
