“Staff are very helpful and professional
It’s a good spot for a day rest. We were driving from Trabzon to Istanbul. The whole place was clean, but our room was not. The carpet has spots all over and coffee area was sticky. Also the air conditioner was working but the heat system which was a different unit was working too and we couldn’t turn the heat off. ”
“Truly amazing place, not to be missed if you’re in the area. The staff Onu particularly, was excellent with us from the minute we got there giving us a drink on arrival along with an upgrade . The location is a one off delight with all sorts of things on offer along with excellent food from the restaurant. 10/10”
