It's an older building so you can expect some older building stuff (Windows don't always slide quite right, plumbing isn't new but works fine, that sort of thing) The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. "Great place right on the ocean with amazing views, easy access to the beach and an outdoor fire pit. There is a fenced yard for our dog. Three useable bedrooms.. two baths. We created great memories. Deck and fence and front stairs are a bit rough… inside the home was clean and lovely."
