The nearby lake, playground and community lodge were all great, well maintained, and everyone was very friendly. The only issues were with the roads in the area - many were not in the best shape, and having to drive out of the gate and back in to drop off trash. Neither is the fault of the renter. “Good location, poor condition of the house.The house is old, many things require repairs, the carpet is very dirty, and the heating and cooling system is difficult to operate.The owner is very demanding.I had to spend half an hour talking to him before checking in, and then there were many requirements for check-out:I had to close all the windows, even though when we arrived, half of them were already open.I had to turn off the heating throughout the entire house, but the heating is not central,……
