“The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station. The room is clean. The bathroom and TV are large.The room also has cooking utensils. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Definitely will book it again when I visit Sydney again.”

“Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.”

“Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. ”

“I needed somewhere to stay as I was driving a very long distance to attend a family funciton. My search criteria for accommodation includes, King Bed, Off street Parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, won't stay anywhere that has a shower curtain instead of glass screen. I always check reviews, and the reviews for Mercure Rouse Hill were very favourable. It is a little difficult to find but it is a true surprise in the very best way. Clean, modern and lots of eateries to choose from. ”
