“Location is good, across the road from the river and short drive to ocean beaches. Units have been refreshed by the addition of some newer furniture, but the units need major updates to very old and poorly maintained facilities. “Stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room which was at the rear of the property with a green/tree outlook from the balcony. Comfortably furnished and very very quiet. The included continental breakfast was well presented and a genuine plus. Happy to recommend this accom. ”

However we went to Briars to have a quiet night in the country, and if they had told us that our room would be directly above the wedding, in a very old, non-sound proofed room, then obviously we wouldn't have booked it.
