“This was a great stay. The cabin was so cute, the creek is fresh and cold, and there were only a few spiders and critters... my dad stayed in the bed and me and my partner used the two mats on the floor and they were comfy!! ”

“This cabin is in an amazing location. My dogs had soooooo much fun running and playing. The only downside is the water. The shower barely trickles out water and the tap water is rusty and red. They do have a great filtration system for drinking water. There were mouse droppings in the silverware drawers, but that is gonna happen in a rural setting. Just be prepared.”

“My family stayed for 8 days. The cabin was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It was close to Yellowstone Park and a number of other amenities. Wendy, the owner was so kind and responsive. Planning to stay again! Had a wonderful time!”

“Amazing restoration of the schoolhouse. Quaint, peaceful, and beautiful scenery. Saw bears, elk and deer from the cabin. ”

“The overall effect of this little cabin is so much greater than the sum of its parts. Once you figure out the awkward parking situation, the detached laundry room, and finicky heating & cooling, the rest of your time will be some of the best you've ever had. Mountain King has one of the best balconies in the entire world, I'm willing to wager, and walking straight into Yellowstone Park was one of the coolest wildlife experiences I've had. I actually feel silly reviewing it so well - because……

“Nice location, clean unit. The queen size bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the nice linens and options for more blankets as needed. The sofa hide away bed is only for one person or two small children. I had a hard time reaching owner for check in access, but once I did she was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”
