“The location is absolutely beautiful! The communication was excellent and the directions helped us easily navigate to the property where we were greeted by a wonderful cozy fire already laid for us. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated all the nice touches. Highly recommend!! ”

“This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin……

“We spent a lovely weekend in this Birregurra property. Communications were clear and thoughtful. The beds and longe area were comfortable. We had some difficulty operating the split system when the weather turned cool. Some images to indicate which mode operates which function would be helpful. The generous bowl of fruit was very welcome. ”

Beautiful surroundings the outdoor bath was the best thing.Just be aware there is no tv (which we did not mind) And it is an incinerator toilet not a water running toilet which is normally expected in a tiny house.THANK YOU HEATHER !! “The bootmakers cottage is beautiful and we loved the old world charm of this house! The house was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely made use of the outdoor bathtub which was perfect treat on the cooler nights to unwind and relax after touring the area, The outdoor spaces were lovely but were a little untidy and to be honest, I'm not sure who would use the outdoor bathroom as it is very 'rustic'.
