"Easily accessible by car, short distance from road and lit up at night with hotel name. Manager did not speak any English. But he showed us the room and how it worked, with car parked under the room and separate stairs up to it. Room warm and bed less firm than others in Korea. Plenty of hot water. ..."

Good hotel but customer service needs improvement!
"Horrible experience! I didn't ask for room service and when I ask for 2bottles of water they rejected, paying 160USD/night hotel you got to fight for your water! I made 3 reservations due to travel schedule plans changed, they made me check in and out 3 times!"
