Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. “Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury,……

“This is the perfect home away from home for relaxation after a day touring the countryside, and we were very grateful to have enjoyed it for two weeks. The owner, Stanley, provided detailed instructions on how to reach it, and in the house is his booklet with details on places to visit nearby, and instructions on how to operate the appliances. Stanley kept in touch with us as our arrival date neared, and answered any questions promptly. The house itself is filled with many interesting books,……

“Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. ”
