The villa has five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring the privacy and comfort of all guests, as all rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The design of the villa is a perfect combination of traditional coastal style, with large windows that allow the entry of abundant natural light. The common areas include a plot for family living with a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the view of the pool and its paddle court, as well as the wonderful Swiss Bocce Ball game, and thus enjoying a pleasant sunset with the sea breeze.

We have staff at your disposal to wash any clothes you may need during your stay and staff to cook any dish from the Yucatan region and seafood (seafood and fish). They will provide you with a quote if you require it.

Outside, the villa has a garden very close to the virgin beaches of Chabihau. We have beautiful flamingos that are in a lagoon near the villa. And nearby, on a bridge that leads to the lagoon, you can see the lizards of the region bathing in the lagoon. It is wonderful to be in such close contact with nature, to hear the different shades of birds such as parrots, toucans, hummingbirds, among others.

The property also includes a private outdoor garage, within the same property, with space for five cars, providing additional comfort and security. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy an idyllic vacation, surrounded by the natural beauty of Yucatan, with the sea as your closest neighbor and all the amenities you could wish for.
DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
