“The communication with the property management team was efficient. The property was very clean, tested by walking around in white socks. The response time was quick to any questions we had. The property was located near our family and friends. The property owner provided plenty of towels, plates, bowls, and spices for cooking or serving dinner. The only issue was the moths. Try to get in before dark and be careful going in and out. Also, the property is not handicap accessible. ”

“I was asked to check in late...Concrete pad for parking has rebar sticking out. Not clean, bedding missing, dirty, dangerous, LOTS of rat poison out, bad wiring and wifi, no AC, 3 space heaters are the heat, dishes and pots dirty, parts missing/broken on refrigerator and microwave. Nails sticking out on flooring and also on ledge in second kitchen. Mold on ceiling in several spots. Wifi barely works-MANY oustside cameras draw down any wifi there is so tv's don't work and can't get on computer to……

“The initial check-in process was a horrible experience with this property and host. No information was shared prior to check-in and I even messaged the host a few times with no response. I made it to the end of the cancellation/refund process before I received check-in information from the host. This was 2 hours after I was suppose to be checked into the property. At arrive the property was clean and up to expected standards, but the yard needed to be mowed before it could be used. A few days……
