“Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. But staff need to inform the guests when someone has given the guests something at the reception. No staff informed us until our friend asked if we had received the gift he gave us from the reception. Then, we had to ask the reception to check. Other than that, everything is good.”

“The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue. ”
