“上次住應該是5-10年前了，很喜歡環境所以這次帶家人再訪。 服務很好，箱根很美、溫泉很棒，旅遊很放鬆！ 唯獨晚餐沒有太驚艷，有點小小的可惜。”

I particularly enjoyed the open-air hot spring. The breakfast was delicious with thoughtful variations each day during my two-day stay. However, please note: • The location is quite far from the seaside, about a 15–20 minute walk. • The building layout is complex, with many stairs. • Overall cleanliness is acceptable. • It is evident that the place is understaffed — most of the time, only one staff member is present. • It may be difficult to find assistance when needed, as the staff might be on an upper floor. • Breakfast is extremely simple. • Be aware that the curfew is at 11:00 PM”

“早餐好吃，晚餐很豐盛，接待人員服務很好，買的禮物，反對還可以幫忙宅配。以上很滿意。大眾池溫泉水普通，沒有滑滑的。房間內沒有洗澡設備，有一點點不方便。”
