“Housekeeping needs improvement. Porch area not swept. Dog hair everywhere. And garbage bags still on the porch at check in time . Could been a busy weekend. Top covers of beds need washing . A few towels with dirt stains. The cottage was roomy with basic appliances. Cosy place to stay for quick getaway. ”

“The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.”

“This property was perfect for our family including our dog. Neighborhood was quiet and so close to EVERYTHING. Easy drive to any restaurant, supermarket and outlets. Beach and boardwalk were easy to get to. Online pictures & descriptions were accurate. Property owner was great to deal with. I mistakenly booked wrong dates and he worked with me to correct. Can tell he takes pride in his beach house. Would definitely rent this property again. ”

“My family and I LOVED our stay at this house! The house was clean, homey, comfortable and as described. It was 20 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the bay. Additionally we had little ones with us and the house had a few accommodations for the little kids (they had an extra pack and play etc). However, what we loved most was that the house had extra amenities- bikes, pool passes, grill, kayaks for rent etc. The community itself had so many things to do in addition to the pool that we……

“The host/owner had daily contact when us. This was a Vrbo property. The reason we HAVE ALWAYS used Vrbo is just for that reason, no CONTACT with the host/owner. The owner/host made sure that had daily contact with us, He even went into my personal truck, took out my crockpot and another item. I have engaged legal counsel. This was never supposed to have happen. We left four days early due to the host/owner never allowing us any privacy. I have videos, photos, text messages with family……
