“Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon! ”

“You have your own private parking spot. Scott left us snacks. If we had a question he was there to answer. The bed was very comfortable. Third floor water view from left side of building. The room was very clean if you’re looking for a league relaxation it’s a place to go”

“I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. The bathroom is small with a narrow doorway very close to the toilet.It's a great place and I'd love……
