But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”

“Maybe it was a mistake on my end. I booked the hotel through Expedia with my American Express credit card (I just left my card info. The payment was due at arrival). When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was……

“The area around the hotel was very walkable. The Riverwalk was nice and there were decent food options as well. ”

“The breakfast buffet was nice. Adequate, and convenient. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sliding door into the bathroom. Not something I would recommend in the next buildout. However, should the need arise again, we would be happy revisiting the property.”
