“I’ve stayed at sea ranch many times and was impressed by all aspects of this home. It’s modern, has a great location close to the walk-on beach, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Five stars!”

“I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend - we enjoyed ourselves immensely! Highlights were listening to the birds, the scent of the sweetgrass, a soak in the hot tub, and using this as a home base to explore the lovely coastal towns nearby. Jess left excellent and helpful instructions. We planned ahead for cooking on the induction burners/air fryer and the kitchen was pretty well appointed. We'd recommend a visit to Point Arena for two excellent bakeries - Franny's and Pelican Bread. Also……

“You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We……

“This was our third stay at this place of splendor. We had a fabulous relaxing retreat. Brian’s home is decorated impeccably and has all of the comforts of a home. The kitchen is well equipped. He maintains the home well. We saw three whales and some seals on this visit. We can’t wait to return to Indigo Tide next year. ”

“I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. “Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!”

“A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.”
