“Rented both cabins and was an amazing stay. So peaceful and loved Mariposa and the drive to Yosemite! Loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view after hiking. Would highly recommend. ”

Groceries and gas only 8 min back to Oakhurst. Bass lake very close. Giant Sequoia grove in Yosemite only 25 mins. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Location: Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in the city of Basslake, the cabin offers a serene retreat. It's within walking distance of a lovely park featuring a beautiful waterfall—a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll. That said, be cautious about swimming or walking barefoot there, as the area tends to have quite a bit of duck droppings. For those wondering, we did try fishing but didn’t get any bites. Parking at the park is $10, and the payment process can be a bit……

“Lovely cabin that has a dock in one of the smaller coves. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin as well as the access to the water. It was also nice having kayaks, paddle boards, and a splash pad to use anytime we would like. Tammy was an amazing host, very responsive.”

“Every other year my family has a reunion at Bass Lake. This is the third year that we have rented this home and we will probably rent it again next time. It is a wonderful home for a large group. There are seven bedrooms one of which is a bunk room with four beds. Plenty of room for a large group like ours. They have added air conditioning units to many of the rooms which was great. It would have been nice to have one or two units in the connected two bedroom suite which can get a little warm……
