I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay here. The room was far from clean — the bedsheets had a strong, unpleasant odor, and there was visible dust and dirt in the bathroom. Overall, the hygiene standards were extremely poor even for a budget stay. I strongly urge the hotel management to maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene. Also, booking platforms should reflect such conditions honestly. If the price is low, the hotel rating should also reflect that, so future guests can set their expectations accordingly and make informed decisions

They said when we got there there was a 50$ fee which is alright the man at the desk was almost annoyed that I didn’t have it I went to the atm he didn’t say a word besides the pool is down breakfast starts at 6 grab and go and our room number The jacuzzi had hairs all in it The bed was legitimately a rock The room was hot even set at max cool 60° They never had any breakfast set out at all Just coffee

The property was not clean. The ceiling was falling apart. There were cracks in the sink. My bed sheets had pen marks on them. The furniture was very old. The staff member who checked me in was very rude and unhelpful. The pool was out of service.I had no choice but to stay at this location because all the hotels near my location were sold out for a tournament and I was 7 states away from home. I would not recommend this location

Terrible service no accommodations whatsoever. Got there and it seemed run down. Walked in and felt off. Checking in was iffy. Got to the room and my key didn’t work. Limited toiletries. Room felt empty as well. Remote for TV didn’t work either. At least the desk attendant was helpful. Recommend spending the extra money on a better hotel.

This hotel was quite run down but the room was clean. We needed a taxi (for some reason Uber didn’t seem to work). I asked it they could call us a taxi and the front desk clerk didn’t know what I was talking about. The reservation was supposed to include breakfast. Now I don’t expect a lot, but there was nothing. No coffee, no juice nothing. They had a nice breakfast area, with coffee and juice machines but there was nothing at 8 am even though it was stated that breakfast would be served between 6-9. Luckily, I won’t be I. That are again but if I was, would definitely not stay there.

Dirty random rags in the room when we entered. Tub handle for hot water was almost impossible to get and when it happened the pressure was awful. There is actually no breakfast at all. The overall condition of the room was unbelievably bad. Old water leak in bathroom continuing to peel off ceiling and fall onto a vanity that was completely disgusting. Plenty of pics to back this up. Believe it or not the pictures are far worse than what I have described above. Wasn’t all terrible though, the microwave did heat up.
