The space
You'll enter the home through the side door (with keypad for convenient self check-in) and go down a flight of 10 stairs. At the bottom are the doors to the laundry room and to your basement apartment. A second keypad lets you into the apartment, where you can relax and make yourself at home.
Other things to note
We have two large dogs who live upstairs with us. They're the biggest snug bugs who love everyone and everything. You may cross paths with them when we take them out in the yard. They're never allowed downstairs, but our place might not be right if you have severe dog allergies. One of them occasionally woofs when startled by outside noises, but we're working with her on it, and she's getting better every day!
The ceiling in your unit is double-insulated, but you may still hear us walking around and living our lives sometimes. We do our best to be quiet and are respectful of quiet hours.
The ceilings are 7'5" throughout most of the apartment and 6'6" in one small hallway section and the small area over the desk.
The unit is fully renovated, but the outside of the house still needs some love. The exterior siding and steps need paint, but don't let that throw you off! The inside is beautiful and fresh.
