“After arriving at the accommodation, we experienced an unpleasant shock. It is a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor - maisonette type. However, the accommodation is shabby and equipped with old furniture of all kinds. Bedroom: musty duvets and pillows. Closets full of stuff - you can't tell if it's washed or used. Shelves attached in such a way that you fear they will come off. There is nowhere to store your clothes. Living room: Settee and armchairs pushed in and dirty……

“Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet.
