“这是第二次入住此酒店。整体感觉维持国际五星酒店的品质。但前台服务人员-AK，成为我入住此酒店印象最深的回忆。运气很好获得酒店upgraded,然而帮我升等的房型在无法确保可以入住下，热心主动帮我安排休息与行李，待房间清洁完成后，还专程帮我送交房卡。所以我想再次特别感谢她，也很开心再次选择此酒店。”

“Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it……
