“The Property was really clean and cozy and best of all in an amazing spot. We pretty much always walked and this also helped when we wanted to drink and not worry about uber or driving! Everything in the house was functional and worked, the sheets were clean and we made great use of the board/card games they had at the cabin already. ”

“We went to celebrate one of my teen Boys turning 17 and his pick was to go snowboarding one last time before the ski resort was closed for good. I thought the home looked lovely online, but it was even nicer in person. It really felt like home. Kitchen had all the gadgets for us to cook a nice dinner for the family and the beds were very comfortable. Down blankets and pillows is where it's at. Home was very clean and owner is very responsive. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. While……

“Nice classic A-frame in a good location- walk to the lifts and short trip to town. Relatively inexpensive when we stayed so that was also a plus. The place, however, is quite bare-bones. The interior smells of old wood lacquer giving it a sweet almost curry-like smell- not unpleasant just noticeable. The applicances are not necessarily old but they are the absolute cheapest models so are pretty crappy. Cabinets and drawers were a bit dirty. Rooms were fine however the heating in the upper right……

“Loved it, conveniently located (minutes to town and walking distance to bear mountain) we walked to ski lessons. Kids had a blast riding their sled in the driveway! Heat works well, water takes a few minutes to heat but lasts a long time. Washer/dryer combo to dry wet clothes after playing in the snow! Great little cabin! Hope to plan another trip before too long! ”

“Cozy cabin in a great neighborhood. Nice flat street; great for a walks. cabin was just 4 min away from lake and main boulevard. The heating was great, nice and toasty. Kitchen was well equipped however a bit in the small side; not much counter space. We would stay there again.”

“The cabin was great. The second landing outside was full of needles, from the trees. The chairs were broken. Plus there wasn’t enough of them to sit outside to enjoy the beauty. The beds were very noisy, in every room somebody slept in. You’d think new box springs could be afforded. The vents for the heater/ ac were very dirty. Should have been cleaned.”

“The property was as described. The location is close to zoo and Bear Mountain but the village is a drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would consider again.”

“Our stay at Tree Top Cottage was absolutely perfect! This private little getaway was everything we hoped for—cozy, peaceful, and just minutes from the Big Bear ski resort. The highlight was definitely the romantic hot tub, where we could unwind under the stars after a day on the slopes.Greg & Connie made check-in incredibly easy and even went above and beyond to prepare a special welcome for us upon arrival, which made the experience even more memorable. The cottage itself was beautifully……
