The space:
Just a short 7-minute drive from Joshua Tree National Park, perched atop boulder filled hills, this exclusive 2+ acre sun-drenched estate will satiate the deepest craving for a relaxing private escape and the quintessential Joshua Tree experience. Towering ceilings, with skylights and floor to ceiling windows that stretch the length of the home, supply awe inspiring views from almost every indoor space.
Inside, a perfect architectural blend of natural meets modern, the 2,300+ sqft open design villa features beautiful natural slate floors, a dramatic natural wood installation in the great room, smart home features, and modern minimalist interior design that invites relaxation. Just beyond the wet bar, you will find the breakfast nook and fully equipped gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to whip up meals during your stay. A coffee lover's delight, the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso Vertuo machine, drip coffee machine, and a french press. However you prefer your morning cup of joe, we've got you covered, and there's also an electric kettle for those who enjoy a hot cup of tea instead.
Side note, for all our yogis out there - yoga mats are provided and the great room has ample space to set up right in front of the wrap around windows, for yoga with an incredible view, or there is also ample space outside, if you prefer.
The primary suite features a luxurious comfy king bed, smart TV, views of the gorgeous brand new infinity pool overlooking the boulder formations and Joshua trees beyond. With a large walk-in closet, and sleek bathroom the primary bath has a natural slate shower, and a jetted whirlpool tub with wrap-around windows. Take a soak while taking in incredible views.
The 2nd BR is almost as spacious as the primary. With a plush queen bed, this room also includes some of the best views in the home, with over 18 ft x 6.5 ft of windows directly facing the park, along with the pool and 8 person in-ground hot tub. Stylish BRs 3 and 4 both have queen beds, smart TVs, and feature the same lovely modern minimalist meets boho design.
Now on to the fun! This property was designed with the perfect all-encompassing vacation in mind. Iconic Aquarius provides you with every experience from water and fire, to the stars. You and your loved ones are sure to have a blast in the brand new deep space themed arcade room. The space (pun intended) includes two arcade cabinets, with a total of 18 different arcade games, skee ball, basketball, and a spacious lounge area equipped with Togo floor sofas and a large assortment of board games. Make space for fun! Play games surrounded by the stars and neon lights.
Outside, sit and relax in one of the many outdoor spaces designed to take your getaway from great, to iconic. Fire up the BBQ and share a meal with friends at the large modern 8 person dining table under the covered patio, with the backdrop of the boulders and Joshua Trees. By day, kick back, relax, and enjoy some sun, resort-style, in your very own private desert oasis. Unwind and take in endless views from the pristine loungers, poolside, or on the luxurious Baja shelf of our brand new, negative edge faux infinity pool. Cool off by taking a dip, grab some of the provided pool toys, or take a float on Dick Van Duck, our beloved floating house "pet". Take a mini hike on the walking path on the property, or play an oversized game of Jenga.
By night, fire up some smores at the fire pit circle, or play a night time game on the LED lit corn hole boards. Or, true to it's name, have an Iconic Aquarius experience gazing up at the millions of stars, while soaking in the hot tub. Trust us, it's an amazing experience!
