New renovations include quartz countertops, updated bathrooms with water fall shower heads, upgraded appliances and office space with a fold down Murphy bed! Centrally located and walking distance to food and shopping!

Could have been a 5….

House was very clean, cute and well organized. Easy check in. Close to stores. Issue was the hot water. There was none in the master bedroom! The hot water in the second bathroom would run out after 2 persons would shower. So yes, unfortunately took cold showers. We had no TV…. Wouldn’t turn on.Front and back yard in need of some TLC.

Please Amend the Ammenities

The place was fabulous! When we booked it we were expecting a pool and hot tub… hot tub was not working and looks like it hasn’t worked for a while… please remove the hot tub as an amenity. This may have changed our decision to book… other than that it was great!

Fantastically clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay here. Everything was incredibly clean. Owner was communicative and very friendly. Zero issues to speak of. We would stay again without hesitation. Everything is 10 minutes away in Yuma. Thank you so much Jake!
