Relaxing, hospitable home with 2 main suites with their own bathroom, blackout curtains and solar screens are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Carport parking for 2 vehicles by front door of property.
Beautiful, quiet condominium with comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your stay. We provide coffee and coffee cream, spices and olive oil, and has washer and dryer inside the property.
Smart TV on living room and both bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi
Beautiful community back yard with patio, large trees providing shade and community pool, spa and BBQ equipment. Close to airport, shopping, restaurants, hospital and golf course in a quiet neighborhood. We try our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Somewhat tired looking, both bathrooms could use new sinks and countertops. Although liked that both bedrooms had ensuites. Beds very comfortable. Patio & outdoor table & chairs could use a sprucing up. Great communication with the owner. ok value for the money.

The property was a little older, but it was nice. They went out of their way to make it welcoming and clean. There was a Homie feeling to it. I didn’t wanna leave. I hope that next year I can stay there again.

Nice, quiet, convenient
We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed like sheets and towels, kitchen utensils etc. The complex had a beautiful pool with huge palm trees and grapefruit trees, and was in a nice quiet area. The only hiccup was at check-in. I was told that someone would meet me, but they didn’t show…and then the code I was sent didn’t work. After some messaging back and forth we were in, though, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Looking forward to our next stay.
Our hostess was exceptional on communications and the property was all we expected. I have relatives in Yuma and love visiting the desert area. I enjoy the freedom and wide open spaces to explore. The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. Their home grown fresh dates are a big as your thumb and the ice cream is to die for.

Other than some confusion at check-in we had a great stay. Centrally located and quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio. We'll stay again if it's available on the next trip to Yuma.

Beautiful landscaping
The property & grounds are beautiful! Palm trees, grass, flowers & even orange & grapefruit trees. The pool is huge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but the few times we swam was great. THE LAYOUT OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT.

We liked the 2 rooms each with private bathrooms.Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware. Living room was adequate. Liked the nice covered patio with hanging lights. Loved the center grounds with plenty of nice palm trees and fruit trees. Pool area was nice. Overall a pretty good experience and would stay there again.

Wonderful, cozy convenient!
Blanca & Petra were excellent hosts! Patient and helpful. The unit was super clean, well-appointed and so cozy. outstanding deco. Easy access covered parking./, literally just a few steps from the front door. Lovely private patio, with access to swimming pool, that is not too close to the unit, yet convenient. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood, very convenient to I-8, Walmart, and historic Yuma! Made for a relaxing and pleasant stay! Would stay again, and definitely recommend to others!

Cockroach infestation
We killed a cockroach each day for the first three days. I have never sat on a couch that uncomfortable. Just guessing the washer/dryer was purchased in 1989 when whirlpool bought out roper. There were cigarette burns in bathroom counter in second bathroom. Sink in second bathroom was damaged and had the metal ring around it that was used in the pre 70s. How this placed ever received a rating above 2 I will never know. Very dissapointed.

A great home away from home
We had a wonderful month long stay at your home while in town to visit our daughter. Your place is beautifully decorated, very clean and inviting and was conveniently located. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sun and hummingbird visitors! Kitchen is equipped for cooking during a long stay. Great smart TV for movie watching! The Commons area is well maintained and beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will definitely come back again!
