“Two nice bedrooms, stocked kitchen, off street parking. We looked at staying in a hotel for the night and this was a much better option. It’s not Quirky at all ! ”

“We enjoyed three weeks in this friendly, quiet property. The home is exactly as advertised, clean, cosy and more than enough room for two people. The huge shared lots allow more privacy than you’d ever get in an R.V. Park. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood,far away from the hustle and bustle of town.”

“Internet connection promised but rarely worked. Hot water availability very limited. A smart tv with streaming but no cable or broadcast. Leftover toiletries and spices not really needed or apprecited. .available ”

“We had a great stay. The ONLY downside for us was that this porperty was also through Vacasa, of who we ended up dealing with. We found Vacasa home office very difficult to honour our request of early check in. Several texts, explaining our situtaion of one of us in an electric wheelchair with quadriplegia, they still denied our request.Upon physical arrival we were given a name and number of the LOCAL Vacasa rep. Graciela was WONDERFUL to deal with. Quick replies, AND she honoured our request……

“We enjoyed our stay! Staying local with my family while we visited my in laws for the holidays. It made things so much simpler for all of us. The location is convenient. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable for all of us and would definitely stay again. There was a note the property has a hot tub, which my husband was so looking forward to but it does not have a hot tub. It does have a nice jetted tub in the master though - so he was good. Other than that the house was exactly as posted……

“We are four senior women who get together once a year just to play Minnesota Canasta and visit. Yuma is a good location as one of us comes from Prescott AZ, one from Tucson AZ and two from San Diego. This home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to use it again next year.”
