The Bayfront - Luxury Pool Residence

Discover a delightful family-friendly villa nestled in a charming residential complex near Zadar, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This spacious 120 square metre property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring two bedrooms with three comfortable beds - including two king-size beds and a double sofa bed.



The villa boasts a stunning private heated swimming pool measuring 15.6 metres, providing an ideal spot for families and friends to relax and enjoy sunny days. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a fenced plot, garden, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and creating memorable moments together.



Inside, the villa offers modern amenities including central heating, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped American-style kitchen comes complete with all essential appliances like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Entertainment is covered with a smart flatscreen TV and satellite channels.



Practical features include two private bathrooms with showers, a dining area, seating area, and essential amenities like a Pack 'n' Play travel crib, high chair, and ironing facilities. The property also provides secure parking for two vehicles and welcomes one well-behaved pet.

Fantastic location, perfect for family holidays

The appartment is perfectly located to have days at the beach or roadtrips to Zadar, Pag, islands or the national parks. House stays cool in the heat and is fully equiped to support a family of six. Set up as advertised. Host is available for any questions and help but not intrusive/visible. Perfect spot for family holidays!
