“Eine wunderbar ausgestattete, moderne und makellos saubere Wohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (200 m) und die hübsche kleine Privat-Terrasse. Die Wohnung umfasst fast das ganze kleine Haus. Die Treppen sind steil, aber dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oben oder unten, was für angenehme Ruhe sorgt. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

Gardinen rundum sorgen für genügend Privatsphäre am Abend. Es wurde liebevoll, schwellenfrei und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen Sommers und Winters. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus.
